LACK OF SLEEP AND WORRYING

If you can't sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It's the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep.
-- DALE CARNEGIE :

Worrying doesn't have a time element. Sleepy or not, we worry about debt collectors knocking on our doors, infidelity, discovery of dishonesty committed in the workplace, etc. If during sleeping time we continue to worry, it's already guilt which is the No. 1 killer of sleep.
